Zinc Iron Alloy Powder
Zinc-iron alloy powder is a type of diffusion alloyed powder material composed of zinc and iron. It is usually made by mixing zinc and iron by diffusion method, then cooling the mixture and grinding it into a powder. The particle size and shape of zinc-iron alloy powder can be adjusted as needed.

It has higher physical and mechanical properties.
Iron-zinc (FeZn) pre-alloy powder can further promote the alloying of iron-copper-zinc (FeCuZn) and prevent the loss of zinc.
When used as the main powder, it can improve the mechanical strength of FeCuZn alloy and increase the holding force of diamonds. A reasonable cost space can reduce the usage of copper (Cu) and tin (Sn) in the formula or even eliminate the need for tin (Sn). A reasonable sintering process can achieve higher sharpness and cutting rates.
