Copper Tin Alloy Powder(Bronze Powder)

Copper-tin alloy powder, commonly known as bronze powder, is an alloy powder made from copper and tin metals through various methods. Depending on the ratio of copper to tin, it usually presents colors ranging from reddish-brown to pale yellow. It combines the good electrical conductivity of copper with the corrosion resistance of tin, making it popular in many application fields.

The copper-tin alloy powder possesses good electrical and thermal conductivity, determined by the properties of copper. At the same time, due to the presence of tin, it also has a high resistance to corrosion, especially against certain chemicals and seawater. The copper-tin alloy powder has good ductility and weldability and can be further processed, such as metallurgical sintering, welding, or forging.

We provides copper-tin alloy powder, also known as bronze powder, primarily used for the production of bronze self-lubricating bearings. After sintering, this series of bronze powder products exhibit characteristics of high oil content, stable shrinkage rate, and finely and uniformly structured oil pores.

Depending on the alloying method of the bronze powder, it is divided into pre-mixed bronze powder and full alloy bronze powder. The full alloy bronze powder has a uniform composition, and after sintering, it shows a finely structured oil pore distribution. It has unique advantages in the production of miniature bearings and slender thin-walled type bearings.
